We are writing to you to express our gratitude to your company for the work done at the Sandycreek Industrial Park. Please consider this a letter of recognition for the efforts that were put forth by Terra Works, Inc. (TWI) on this project. The County sincerely appreciates working with you and your company not only on this project but on numerous projects in the past few years.
After consulting with many individuals who worked on this project in conjunction with your company, we feel it appropriate to make you aware of the ease with which we worked with your staff. Particularly, it was noted that TWI was very accommodating when completing all of its administrative functions. The project presented many hurdles, from several rebids, to storm water issues and erosion control. That said, the requirements to coordinate with multiple sources, obtain permits, and carry out plans, were done without difficulty on the Sandycreek Industrial Project, in large part, due to the professionalism and knowledge of your company.
The understanding of TWI to accomplish all aspects of the job was superior. TWI used modern technology and state of the art equipment to complete the project. One of the largest parts of this project was the building of the road, DeBence Drive. TWI demonstrated advanced skills in constructing the road, and, overcoming obstacles that were encountered during the entire project.
